Female vs. Male Pay
For the duration of our Nation’s history males have always been paid higher than females even for having the same position in the work field. Do you think that this is fair for girls? What if this situation was vice-versa, how would you feel? And what would you try to do to become the dominant money getter?

I have noticed that pay has become better between men and women and it has not been talked about as much but it is still a problem because some jobs are still paying women less than men just because they are women and if i was getting payed less for the same job as a women i would be mad and i would try and do somthing to get it fixed. i think for people to fix this they have to go talk to the person in charge and if that does not work they have to bring it to the attention of the government.
ReplyDeleteI believe men and women should be payed equally for equal work but, with all things consider do all women do equal work as men and vice versa. Such as construction where men are doing the actual work and the women are holding the stop and go signs for traffic. Equal pay for equal work enough said.
